Digital models feed into CNC machining and large-format 3D printing, letting us trial geometries, novel prepregs and high-performance cores under different cure routes. Calculations and simulation tools validate key areas, and the final laminate schedules and build notes give production a clear, optimised roadmap for build and scale.
