Production is the controlled execution of the plan. We handle tooling, lay-up, vacuum bagging, curing, trimming and finishing under defined procedures. Tooling is created from CAD using a mix of CNC machining and large-format 3D printing, enabling precise geometry and rapid iteration. We specialise in prepreg carbon fibre and advanced material systems, applying stable, repeatable cure processes. After cure, parts are trimmed, test-fitted and completed with specialised surface treatments and coatings to match the required aesthetic and durability.
