We use your data for one purpose: to read and answer the enquiry you send us. The legal basis is your own request, that is, the steps taken at your initiative before any possible contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR). If you do not contact us, we hold no data about you.

Only what you enter in the contact form or write to us directly: your name, your email address, the subject you choose and the content of your message. We collect nothing else. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.

Your message reaches the Carboniq mailbox. Two providers process it on our instructions, under data-processing agreements: Netlify, Inc. (United States), which hosts the site and runs the form endpoint, and takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; and Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, EU), which delivers the email to us. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area without the safeguards named here.

We keep your message for as long as your enquiry is open and any follow-up lasts, and after that for the legal limitation period that applies to it. When neither applies, we delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or transfer your data, or to limit or object to how we use it, at any time. Write to info@carboniq.es. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
